Welcoming a new baby into the world can be an exciting yet overwhelming time. For this reason, Elevated Life LLC Prenatal Care Agency is dedicated to providing education and support services through home visits and phone conversations to pregnant women or women who have just had a baby. In an effort to protect, nurture and advance the lives of ALL Milwaukee County residents, Elevated Life LLC Prenatal Care Agency has made it a priority to ensure every new mom and baby in the county have all the resources they need.
