Personal Support
Pregnancy is usually a time of excitement. But sometimes, pregnant women and their partners may feel overwhelmed with the changes and unknowns that come with pregnancy and birth. We are here to help you navigate through this new journey. .If you are pregnant and need guidance, you can always connect with Elevated Life LLC prenatal care agency. We help expectant parents of all ages and background and empower them to tackle parenthood. We’d love to talk with you and answer your questions.
Health and Nutrition Counseling
A happy healthy baby starts with a happy healthy mama. Elevated Life LLC Prenatal Care Agency is dedicated to helping women choose the healthiest choice for themselves and their babies. We offer both health and nutrition counseling. We provide Information on good eating habits and health practices. We address health concerns with addiction such as smoking, drinking, and drug use. We can refer you to a Primary Care Physician if you do not have one currently. We follow up with you to ensure you can attend all of your scheduled doctor's appointments. We also provide transportation to the clients that do not have transportation to and from their appointment. We must be notified 48 hours prior to your appointment. Once you have given birth, we will go over the Health Check guidelines with you.
Baby Item Assistance
Elevated Life LLC Prenatal Care Agency offers free baby items for families on a monthly basis. The items are given based on family needs. Parents can visit the office or schedule a home visit to receive diapers, wipes, clothing, car seats, canned formula etc. Due to Covid 19 all items will be dropped off at your front door for safety precaution. We also provide free, confidential pregnancy tests available by appointment. You will be given your test results during your visit.
Community Resources
Pregnancy is a time of change, every woman can use help with: Planning for a healthy pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Elevated Life LLC Prenatal Care Agency can help you during these times. We will listen to your concerns and answer your questions. One of our care coordinators will work with you one on one to provide a personalized, confidential plan of care. If you are looking for additional help and resources in your community. We'd love to help you find what you need. We have information regarding community resources . All resources are within your local county.
